Writing & Getting Published

Marc breaks down the process of publishing a book into three parts - writing, finding a publisher and marketing. Each presentation is based on his actual experience in learning how to write novel. One could say, for him, he created a repeatable, scalable, easy to follow five step process because for many individuals, just getting started is overwhelming.

Today, every author has options that didn't exist a few years ago. For many, do I self publish, go through a vanity press, find a small publisher or find an agent. Marc shares his journey and the lessons he learned and some, he is relearning as the conditions for authors change.

Last, once you have a manucript and a publisher, how are you going to market the book. The reality is that figuring out how you are going to sell it begins shortly after one starts writing. Marc shares what he has tried that worked, what didn't work and some of the expensive and painful lessons learned on the route to becoming a commercially successful author.
